01 Purpose
These terms govern the services offered by Julianos: graphic design, branding, screen printing, printing and, in partnership with Stéphane K., web and mobile development.
02 Quotes and orders
Every project receives a free, detailed quote. The order is confirmed once the quote is signed and the stated deposit is paid.
03 Approval and proofs
No printing starts without a proof approved by the client. Once approved, unreported errors cannot be attributed to Julianos.
04 Timelines and delivery
Timelines are stated on the quote and start once all required materials are received. They may be adjusted if approvals are delayed.
05 Intellectual property
Usage rights to the creations are transferred to the client after full payment, within the limits set in the quote. Julianos may show the work in its portfolio unless asked otherwise.
06 Payment
Invoices are payable upon receipt unless stated otherwise. Late payment may lead to the suspension of ongoing work.
